Account Requirements

  • You must be 18 or older to use our services.
  • Provide an accurate email address to receive important updates and avoid service disruptions due to missed payment notifications. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect emails.

Backups and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your own data. Our weekly backups are a courtesy and may change. We are not responsible for data loss..

Billing Information

 

  • We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing options. There are no contracts, but you pay upfront for the chosen period.
  • We will automatically charge your credit card on file. To avoid automatic charges, pre-fund your account.
  • We cannot issue retroactive billing credits unless you provide written documentation of agreed-upon amounts. We'll investigate and fix any errors on our part.
  • All invoices are due upon receipt.

Service Disruption and Reactivation

  • We'll try to notify you by email if your payment fails before suspending your service.
  • Update your contact information to ensure you receive important notices. We are not responsible for missed communications due to outdated email addresses.
  • Unpaid invoices after 7 days may lead to service interruption. A reactivation fee of 10% with a $5 minimum applies.
  • After 30 days of inactivity, your service will be terminated.
  • Submit cancellation requests in writing to sales@auroracoderz.com at least 5 business days before your subscription renews.
  • Include your domain name and reason for cancellation in the email sent from your AuroraCoderz account email address.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are available for cancelled services, unused storage, or bandwidth.
  • Digital products like website templates and scripts are also non-refundable.

License Continuity

  • Lifetime licenses are tied to the domain they're generated for. If your domain expires, the license becomes void and cannot be reissued.
  • To keep your license, contact AuroraCoderz before losing domain access and request a transfer to a new domain for a fee based on license usage duration.
  • Hosting accounts linked to inactive domains will also be terminated unless you request a switch to a new primary domain.

Third-Party Resellers

AuroraCoderz script purchases made by resellers of competing brands will not be allowed due to intellectual property concerns. Any such purchases will be refunded.

Affiliate Conditions

  • You earn a 10% commission on sales generated through your affiliate link.
  • Commissions become available for withdrawal after 14 days. Reversed transactions within this period will result in commission reversal.
  • Withdrawn funds will be credited to your account balance within 24 hours after requesting them and verifying your earnings. You can then use them for purchases or service upgrades at AuroraCoderz.
